Mr. McNew joined Fortis Net Lease as a Senior Investment Advisor in 2019 and is a seasoned real estate professional having previously practiced as a real estate and transactional attorney. Mr. McNew has closed dozens of transactions as a commercial real estate attorney prior to transitioning to becoming an investment sales broker.
With nearly a decade of experience as an attorney and commercial real estate broker, McNew is creative, yet methodical in his approach to deal making. His wide range of transactional experience includes: acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, refinancing, and workouts. Mr. McNew holds a J.D. from Tulane University School of Law and a Master of Science in Information and a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Michigan.
