Program description: Fortis sends messages related to brokerage and advisory services, including property and investment opportunities, market updates, appointment and transaction coordination, and responses to your inquiries.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier’s plan.
Opt-out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you opt out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and we will not send you further texts unless you opt back in.

Carrier disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors and service providers in support services, such as messaging platform providers and customer service, is permitted in order to deliver the messaging program. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do **not** share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
