Bill O’Connor is a Senior Director at Fortis Net Lease. He is a licensed real estate agent in Michigan and Ohio. Previously Mr. O’Connor was heading up the Capital Markets and Investment Properties division at a nationally-recognized real estate investment firm in Detroit. He has been specializing in the sales and dispositions of income property and leased assets since 1992.
Since the start of his career, he has successfully closed on over $1.5 billion in assets and over 240 separate transactions. Additionally, he has performed 1,450+ separate property evaluations on behalf of his clients. In 2012 he was in the top 10 and in 2013 he was in the top five for a nationally-recognized real estate investment firm. Bill previously worked for another nationally-recognized investment firm as a Senior Vice President of Investments. He is a University of Michigan graduate with a Bachelor degree of general studies.
