Payman is a seasoned executive with a successful track record in leading teams and driving business growth. After 25+ years of experience in the corporate world and management consulting, Payman made the career shift into the field of commercial real estate.
In his previous role as a Managing Director at B. Riley, Payman worked on numerous client engagements focused on restructuring and turnaround of companies, often which included sale of commercial real estate assets. Prior to his time at B. Riley, Payman was President of Whitlam Group, a privately-held company based in Center Line, Michigan. Payman developed a strong set of skills that are transferable to the real estate industry, including strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
As a commercial real estate broker, Payman brings a unique perspective to the table. He is able to understand the needs and goals of clients from a business standpoint and help them make smart and profitable real estate decisions. He is a skilled negotiator, and his ability to close deals quickly and efficiently is a valuable asset to any client.

Payman earned an MBA from the University of Michigan and has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
