Julie is a Senior Advisor at Fortis Net Lease. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. For 20 years, Julie has been involved in the real estate industry in various capacities. Initially beginning her career in residential and then transitioning into investment real estate, she has been utilizing her skills and abilities as both a sales and administrative professional to best serve her clients with a track record of success. She previously worked for a CVS preferred developer and most recently for Marcus & Millichap.
Julie’s work ethic, tenacity, and professionalism is an asset when working with clients. When she is not working, Julie enjoys spending time with her friends and family, kayaking, travelling, and gourmet cooking.
