Drew began his investment real estate career after graduating from the University of Michigan, working in the Detroit office of Marcus & Millichap directly under the top performing agent in the Midwest. There he learned the value of consistently under-promising and over-delivering, while always looking for ways to create win/win scenarios for all parties involved in the transaction.
Today, Drew approaches every deal with the same positive attitude and has built an impressive group of loyal clients who also see the value in this approach. Drew specializes in single-tenant medical, industrial, and retail properties nationwide, representing both buyers and sellers. His clients include private investors, small family offices, developers, and some of the largest REITs in the country.
In the summer, Drew enjoys spending time at his family cottage in Bay View, Michigan. His hobbies include golf and working on his project cars.
