Chris is an Associate at Fortis Net Lease that has a diverse work experience and a bachelors degree in economics with a specialization in urban and regional planning from Michigan State University. Chris interned as an assistant portfolio manager at Fifth Third Private bank performing analytics for investment portfolios. During his time at Michigan State he also worked for the City of East Lansing Tax Assessment department and the City of Birmingham Urban Planning Department. After graduating Chris worked as a researcher for Verus Development Group, a real estate firm focused on acquiring and developing retail properties. Prior to coming to Fortis he worked as a business development manager for Metro Detroit based Residential Property Management (RPM).
In his free time he enjoys spending time with his dog Calvin, traveling, golfing, camping, spending time with friends and family, and visiting his favorite restaurants and breweries around Metro Detroit.
