Edward started his career in real estate during his time at Eastern Michigan University, where he achieved a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance while holding a mentorship position shadowing an owner operator of Senior Care Facilities. During this time, he was able to learn firsthand how to syndicate funds for investments and work on a new development Senior Care Facility.
After graduating, Edward started investing in multifamily real estate in his spare time along with holding a career as a home inspector. Learning coding and compliance allowed him to become an owner-operator of real estate across the state of Michigan. In 2018, he partnered with the City of Detroit’s revitalization program working on redeveloping projects. He is also a part of Michigan’s stabilization programs and is familiar with the benefits that can be associated with these programs for investors.
Currently, Edward helps inventors across the country with acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate. He is a licensed realtor in the state of Michigan and an active member of ICSC.
